Andrew Carbonaro is an ELA teacher at John Dewey High school. He develops engaging lessons aligned to the common core learning standards for his 11th and 12th grade classes. Mr. Carbonaro’s expertise is in Greco-Roman mythology along with the Shakespearean tragedies.
In his spare time, Mr. Carbonaro is a SCUBA enthusiast. He can be found exploring the murky waters off Coney Island or cleaning the tanks at the New York Aquarium.
