Corey Brothers has been a language teacher since 1984, and has worked for the New York City Department of Education since 2001. He teaches English as a New Language to students in Dewey’s large international population. His professional interests include literacy and error analysis. A large part of Mr. Brothers’ philosophy of teaching was developed at the School for International Training, which encourages a focus on the knowledge, skills, attitude, and awareness of teachers and learners.
