John Dewey High School will be hosting the boro-wide High School Fair for prospective 9th graders for the 2019-2020 School Year. All Middle School students are encouraged to attend to learn about Brooklyn High Schools and the programs they offer.

On Monday October 17 our school took a STAND against bullying.

Staff and students wore blue and signed pledges to let everyone know we are a bully free zone!

Let’s Talk! Discussing sexuality with your teen: What to say and when to say it

 

The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s CATCH program is excited to offer a free workshop to discuss the important role that parents can play when they feel empowered to be sexuality educators for their children and teens.
This interactive workshop includes such topics as effective parent-child communication, how to answer sex questions, sexual development across the lifespan, as well as facts and stats about NYC teens’ sexual health today.
