John Dewey H.S. – Senior Class

Our school will be running a fundraiser to offset the cost of graduation dues/senior events.  This year’s amount will be $170.

This fundraiser involves the senior students selling World’s Finest Chocolate. The cost of each case is $60.00 and comes packed with 60 assorted bars/items ($1.00 per item).  For each case you sell, we will deduct $30.00 from the cost of your senior dues/trip. Profit will first go towards senior dues and then additional profits will be deducted from senior trip, senior prom, etc. Please be aware WHOLE CASES ONLY.  Remember for safety purposes, please do not sell door to door.

In order for this program to be successful, a full case must be requested by sending in this request form.  Additional cases are available upon receipt of payment of the previous one.

This is an opportunity for you to save money.  It is not mandatory.  If you prefer to just pay the dues and not sell the candy bars that is completely up to you.  If you are interested in participating in selling the candy bars, please return this document indicating that you will be responsible for a case of chocolate bars.  Please remember that additional cases will not be handed out until payment of the previous case taken is received.
