John Dewey High School’s PSAL sports program began in 2011. Currently, Dewey offers students the ability to compete on 18 different teams. Students may participate in multiple sports as long as they are in different seasons.

In order to participate on any of the teams, the student must have both of the following forms completed.  Parent consent forms must be done for each sport played, each year. Medical forms are good for multiple sports but are only valid for one year from the date of the last doctor’s visit as indicated on the form.
