let's start this off with FAFSA federal aid that's money that's going to go into your pocket when you get your taxes in and you fill that out I have my students try to get this done as early as they can but I'm in New York and it really actually doesn't matter as much as you think some states like Texas and the Carolinas have a rush you better get that in early or you're going to get less money New York New Jersey we're good we're good but still try to have that done by November try to get your taxes ready get your p parents to fill that stuff out if you are a parent you need to fill out your own account uh stay on top of everything be as honest as you can I tell my kids to apply for work study if it's on their seek in New York City EOP in New York State just because if they say no they say no but let them say no okay you let me know if you have any questions thank you so much and go
