- Current high school senior who attends a public, parochial or private school in New York City
- Strong academic achievement (84.5% or higher G.P.A.)
- Significant financial need (family income less than $55,000)
- Willingness to engage with Scholarship Plus community in occasional events, workshops and semester check-ins
- Citizen or permanent resident of the United States
