The Historic 2022 Lacrosse Championship
Our Boys Varsity Lacrosse team etched their names into NYC sports history during an unforgettable 2022 PSAL Championship Season, with an astonishing 14-1-0 overall record.

Dominant Play: The Dragons outscored their opponents by a staggering margin of 147 goals to just 41 goals allowed, earning an Honorable Mention in the highly competitive New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) rankings.

The Next Level: This championship blueprint paved the way for star defender Darien Murray, a 2x PSAL Defensive Player of the Year who went on to advance his athletic career at the collegiate level playing for Nassau Community College.

Proving that Dewey dominance extends to the modern digital frontier, our e-Sports team ("Block-Hampton") brought home the City Championship Title as the Senior Champions at the prestigious Mayor's Cup e-Sports Finals, hosted at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.
